Terms and conditions of use
By using EventiPerTe.eu you accept these rules. There are only a few, and they keep the calendar useful and reliable for everyone.
This is a translation: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
1. The service
EventiPerTe.eu, run by Alessandro Del Rosso and Alessandro Vignoli (AlexTech.ai, La Spezia, Italy), is a free calendar of events open to the public in La Spezia, Massa-Carrara and Versilia. Listings are gathered from public sources and visitors' submissions and written with the help of artificial intelligence; the English version is translated automatically. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be suspended at any time.
2. Nature of the service and reliability of the information
- EventiPerTe.eu is an information aggregator: we do not organise, promote or manage the events, we do not sell tickets, and we are not a party to any relationship between you and the organiser. Events are organised by third parties.
- Listings are compiled from third-party public sources and from submissions, and written, summarised and translated with artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes (dates, times, venues, prices, interpretation). Each listing shows its source and, when available, the date of the last automatic check.
- Organisers may cancel, postpone or change an event at any time, even without telling us. Our automatic checks, banners and alerts are an aid, not a guarantee.
- Before setting off, and especially if you are going to travel, book or pay, always check with the organiser. Positions on the map may be approximate.
3. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, costs or inconvenience (including travel, bookings, tickets, accommodation or loss of earnings) arising from reliance on the information on the site, from events that are cancelled, changed or different from what is described, from the unavailability of the service, or from the content and services of third-party sites (organisers, ticket sellers, maps, weather). Purchases are made on the organisers' or ticket sellers' sites under their conditions: refund and cancellation requests must be addressed to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury) or the mandatory rights of consumers.
4. Submitting events and corrections
- To submit you need a valid email address, which you confirm with a link. No account or password: to edit your events you use the personal link we send you, which you should not share.
- You may only submit real events, open to the public, in La Spezia, Massa-Carrara and Versilia, according to the site's criteria. Advertising of products or services, private events, false, offensive, discriminatory, violent or illegal content, and other people's personal data are not allowed.
- You must have the right to share the texts, posters and photos you send. By sending them you grant us a free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish, adapt (including cropping, summarising or translating) and show them on the site, in feeds and when the event is shared. They remain yours.
- You are responsible for what you send. We may edit, not publish or remove any content, even without notice. Corrections proposed by other visitors are checked by the editors and forwarded to whoever submitted the event.
- Those who have submitted several confirmed events may see them published without waiting; in case of abuse the ability to submit may be withdrawn.
5. Errors and unlawful content
If you find a mistake, a cancelled event, or content you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, use the “Let us know” link on each listing or write to info@eventiperte.eu. We examine every report without delay, normally within 7 days, and correct, remove or disable access to the content where needed, in line with Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Organisers can ask at any time for their listing to be changed or removed.
6. Fair use
You may not use the site in ways that damage or overload it: automated submissions, mass harvesting of content beyond the channels provided (feeds, .ics calendar, llms.txt, API, MCP), attempts to get around the usage limits of the API or of the AI search. For other uses, write to us.
The data offered through those channels may be reused, including by AI assistants and third-party services, provided that EventiPerTe.eu is credited with a link to the event page. Systematic or substantial extraction of the archive, and its republication or use to build a competing service, are not allowed, whether done by hand, with automated tools or with AI agents. The archive is a database protected under the sui generis right (Directive 96/9/EC; Articles 102-bis and 102-ter of Italian Law 633/1941). Over-limit access may be slowed down or blocked.
7. Content and trademarks
Listing texts may be quoted with a link to the event page. Images belong to their respective authors, credited in the listing when available. If you believe some content infringes your rights, write to info@eventiperte.eu: we will remove it as soon as it is verified.
8. Privacy and governing law
Data processing is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. They may be updated: the date at the top shows the latest version.
