Submit an event

Describe the event in your own words, even simply and in English: artificial intelligence will fill in the form, write the listing (in Italian and English), choose the category, check it is not already in the calendar and that it meets the site's criteria. We only ask for your email, no account or password: you confirm the submission with one click and receive a link to edit it whenever you like. Clear events are published as soon as they are confirmed, the others after a check by the editors.

Write everything you know: what, when, where, times, prices, organiser, website. If you attach a PDF or the poster you can write very little. The AI will fill in the fields for you; then you can check and complete them.
Posters, photos or PDFs (optional, up to 2) Got a flyer or a programme in PDF? Attach it: the AI extracts dates, times and details. You can upload up to 2 posters or images: the AI reads the text of both and the event cover will be the first image uploaded. Only upload files you have the rights to. If you do not attach an image, one will be created automatically.
